Saw blades accumulate contaminants that affect cutting performance. Traditional cleaning methods involve overnight soaking in toxic solutions followed by manual scrubbing, which is time-consuming and hazardous to workers.

The SKYMEN ultrasonic cleaner provides a safer, more efficient solution, cleaning saw blades thoroughly in just 30 minutes while reducing labor requirements.

The system features an electronic transducer mounted to a vibration-resistant metal tank. When filled with water and cleaning solution, the transducer generates high-frequency sound waves that create microscopic bubbles through cavitation. These bubbles penetrate hard-to-reach areas, effectively removing contaminants that manual cleaning cannot address.

1. Fill tank with water (below max line) and add environmentally-friendly cleaning solution
2. Set heating function to 40-50°C
3. Suspend saw blade using rod or place in provided basket
4. Set cleaning duration based on contamination level
5. Allow ultrasonic cycle to complete
6. Remove blade and dry with compressed air or soft cloth
7. Power off all functions when finished
8. Drain and dry the tank completely
